eGift Card Details
- If you are purchasing the Gift Card for yourself, please enter your own email address in the “recipient email address” field.
- eGift Cards are emailed to recipients within minutes after you place your order.
- There’s no expiration date or hidden fees on eGift Cards.
- eGift Cards are not returnable, refundable or redeemable for cash except as required by law
- eGift Cards cannot be purchased with coupons, promotional offers or Penelope’s Bloom Gift Cards.
- Use eGift Cards to shop at the Penelope’s Bloom website only.
- You may apply multiple gift cards to a single order.
- You can check your eGift card balance anytime by click the “CHECK YOUR BALANCE” tab on this page.
- IMPORTANT: Please be sure to save the Gift Card number safely, as the gift cards can be redeemed by anyone who possesses the card number.

What types of gift cards do you offer?
We currently offer eGift Cards, a digital gift that’s sent by email. We don’t currently offer physical gift cards.
How are eGift Cards sent to recipients?
eGift Cards are emailed to recipients within minutes after you place your order.
What should I do if my recipient hasn’t received their eGift Card?
Ask your recipient to check their spam folder for an eGift Card email from Penelope’s Bloom. You can also email us at hello@penelopesbloom.com and we’ll be happy to help!
Do eGift Cards expire?
No, eGift Cards have no expiration date.
Are there any fees for eGift Cards?
There are no fees for our eGift Cards.
Can I return an eGift Card?
Unfortunately, eGift Cards are not returnable or refundable for cash except as required by law.
Where can I use eGift Cards?
You can use our eGift Cards to shop on the Penelope’s Bloom website.
What if my eGift Card doesn’t cover the full amount of my order?
If your eGift Card doesn’t cover the full amount of your order, you may add a second gift card or you will need to add another payment method in checkout to cover the remaining order total.
I accidentally sent my eGift Card to the wrong email address.

Can I reload my gift card?
Yes, you can. After checking your card ballance by entering it in the “Check your ballance” tab on this page, choose to add funds to the existing card. You or your loved ones may reuse the same card number again and again.
